On this excursion, we'll escape the city and wind along fjords on the Sea to Sky Highway, ascend into the coastal mountains on a gondola, and stroll through Whistler Village!
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Vancouver to start this exciting day trip and take the Sea to Sky Highway toward Whistler!
We'll follow the scenic coastline of Howe Sound fjord to the lush, forested peaks of the Coast Mountains. Ready to experience the natural wonders surrounding Vancouver?
Our first stop will be at the impressive Shannon Falls, where we'll witness the power of its cascading water and take in the natural beauty of British Columbia. Then, we'll head to the nearby Sea to Sky Gondola.
Here, we'll take an exciting 10-minute ride to the top of Habrich Ridge, rising above the canopy of towering trees to see Howe Sound and the neighboring mountains from up above. At the top, you'll have about 1.5 hours of free time to stroll along the boardwalks, hike the trails, take amazing photos, shop, and grab a bite to eat in the Summit Lodge!
Then, we'll continue our journey to Whistler Village, a popular pedestrian-only resort village. Here, you'll have about 3 hours of free time to explore the shops and cafes, hike the local nature trails, and treat your lungs to the fresh mountain air.
Finally, we'll head back to your hotel and end our excursion along the Sea to Sky Highway 10 hours later.
